A hands‑on owner, Tony works alongside his team and stays closely connected with customers, believing the best way to understand a business is to be on‑site. Quite simply, he loves what he does—and it shows in the quality of his company’s work.
With deep roots in the cleaning industry, Tony has spent decades building PM Maintenance into a trusted name. His experience also includes founding Dixie Chemical, a respected supplier of janitorial products, further strengthening PMM’s industry expertise.
For over 30 years, PM Maintenance has proudly served Southeast Louisiana, from Baton Rouge to the Biloxi. We provide customized, high‑quality cleaning services to medical facilities, schools, office buildings, restaurants, auto dealerships, and commercial properties of all sizes.
Most services are performed after hours to minimize disruption, with routine on‑site inspections ensuring consistent quality. Daytime and weekend services are available as needed, delivered by trained, reliable professionals you can trust.

All work by PMM is vigorously customized to customers’ requests and completed according to its clients’ wishes. PMM prides itself on being a proactive, rather than reactive team, with its eye on safety, efficiency and total customer satisfaction.
Only top-of-the line chemicals, cleaning products and supplies are used on every job and even green, environmentally safe products are available upon request. All work is on a contractual basis, either year-to-year or month-to-month with a 30 day out. However, if and when a problem should arise, management is on hand immediately to provide an instant resolution.
